I had a near death experience when I was about 8 years old. I was electrocuted between a pop machine and some other cooler in a convenience store. Everything was black except humans which were just shapes glowing brightly. I saw a friend of mine praying for me. I heard them suggest they call an ambulance and take my pulse and say that there was no point as there was no pulse. I remberber looking down at myself from above. I don't recall seeing a bright light but I know that I disintegrated into billions and billions of tiny particles, each of which kept its own awareness. I remember hearing that it was not my time and that I could go back to earth if I Intended It hard enough. If I went back I had to accept the good with the bad. I forced myself back into my body and have been here ever since. I wonder now if each particle of our DNA maintains its awareness.

Very good question, DNA retains its awareness of circumstance---
