Dr. Hildy said in Morgellons Special No. 7 that it appears some of the fibers are drawn to the area above the kidneys where the adrenals sit - and that they are drawn there because of the high alkalinity in that area of the body - where they can enhance themselves - assembling, etc.
She clarified this in a post on the board here by telling us that the body needs to maintain an overall 7.0 to 7.5 pH factor in order to build healthy cells, etc.
