Well now I'm starting to wonder about my dear little pup and best friend Maybe the Shih Tzu :-) she has had a horrible itching problems for years and vets can never really tell me anything except that she had skin allergies. She does have a small red birthmark looking spot on her belly that's maybe the size of a dime. It never occurred to me that she could possibly have this horrible disease as well. But her itching has never been because of fleas, and the other day I put her on a white bedspread and when she was itching I scratched her all over and checked her out and all that was left was a pile of items that look exactly like what I see emerge from my own skin. The articles were the same colors and shapes as what I see on myself. Now could they have been on her because they came off of my skin and somehow landed on her? Or is it possible that I could've given this to her. I am horrified that I've given her morgellons. Please help! I am a newbie. Only 6 weeks in.

It appears so, I am newbie too, I had sparkles all over me and stinging all over with black pods and stuff on the sheets.. I noticed my babyboo cat child scratching for 4 weeks now like crazy, I put a white sheet on the bed and she is full of it.. same stuff as me. I am crying so much as I am horrified.. she has an immune problem, mine was ok until levaquin blew my system apart and I am 3 years stinging over my entire body. I cant get help and I don't know what to do for babyboo, I will be posting but I would say yes, she was fine before. same stuff on her as me:(

No don't put them down, it isn't necessary! Instead, start to use some of the helps you use for yourself. Epsom salt baths will help as well as coconut oil. ur cat “Peneolope” and our dog “Daisy” (and currently her seven puppies) are also big fans of coconut oil. Many of the health benefits of coconut oil for humans also apply to animals. From a past post: “Coconuts are an excellent source of nutrition and have healthful meat, juice, and oil. The oil is arguably the most nutritious and has many health benefits. Coconut oil is over 90% saturated fat and has antimicrobial, antibacterial, and antifungal properties. Coconut oil also has antioxidant properties and it helps in the absorption of other minerals. Coconut oil is an incredible source of medium chain fatty acids (MCFAs), which have been shown to have many health benefits. Lauric acid in coconut oil in combination with oregano oil, has even been found more effective in fighting the staph bacteria than antibiotics. Lauric acid has also been shown to be preventative against some cancers. Coconut Oil is over 40% lauric acid, the richest source naturally available.” We’ve used coconut oil with our pets for years. I started researching ways to use coconut oil for pets when our cat went crazy trying to eat food from our plates every time I cooked with coconut oil. Turns out that coconut oil can help aid pets’ digestion, improve their coats, help prevent infection and more. Carnivorous animals like cats and dogs would have consumed a high amount of saturated fat in the wild and the beneficial fats in coconut oil are a great way to make sure they are getting enough in their diets. Our pets also receive a partially raw meat diet to help keep them healthy. And more at this link as well: wellnessmama.com/13700/benefits-coconut-oil-pets/a teaspoon of coconut oil per 10 lbs

thankyou, I see a few coming out of our other cat too. This entire place is infested.. So it is safe to give a cat an Epson salt bath, just a bit in the water. This will be a nightmare to do to babyboo.. Also a teaspoon every day of coconut oil as she is 13 pds.. I am also using DE earth in her water, a bit of msm. NOthing is working on me. I am still stinging non stop in every pore for 3 years. I really got blasted and thought it was neuropathy all along form the horrific drug interaction I had.. I am curious if this stuff is not human or normal life form how can we kill it,, we don't? I have quite a bit of DE earth on her coat and is helping a bit with the itching.. Also I read heartworm med and flea meds too? Thank you this is just such a nightmare as I still cant even put clothes on I sting so bad and am living in the bathtub most of the time. I think the interaction of the neuro toxic drug I took which almost killed me and this combined is making me beyond words as I feel literally electrocuted.. I will start the coconut oil right away on her.. Do you put anything else in the water with the Epson salts for the cat as I don't want to poison her:( she already is.
