I was wondering if anyone on the board is experiencing increased drastic dreaming activity lately??? In addition to the usual anomaly of behaviors I've been experiencing for years (lower body temperature & blood pressure, anemia, increased esp, fainting spells, precognitive visions, electrical foo, electrical sparks that I see or the sparks or pinches I feel all over my body at intermittent times, the deja vous, etc), my dreams are becoming so sick and twisted I'm leery of getting any REM sleep now. Even my fiance is having the same symptoms. We go for days with only a few hours sleep because we can't sleep at night, and when we do finally fall asleep, our dreams are maddening and borderline nightmarish! I'm curious if there's a pattern of increased dream activity going on with other members (or guests) of the board or if this is more of a locality issue.

Hi learner,
As of late I have had a couple very lucid dreams, mostly I haven't been sleeping well, a lot of frequency issues.
About 9 months after I saw the sores on my body, I began to have nightmarish dreams that were so bad that I found myself doing anything I could to evade sleep. Waking was also a difficult issue then.
One other thing, my husband and I seem to often have complimentary dreams, the water is leaking in my dream and he is running around fixing leaks with a wrench in his.

What a profound kind of connection you share with your husband as evidenced by the anomalous dreams! Impressive!
My dreams have been mostly about the evil masterminds behind the current events that we're experiencing all over the planet (and beyond). Usually the dreams are symbolic (like running away from metalic beings or trying to break out of a concentration camp, or 5 cloud heads with human features (not recognized by 99% of the world) that watch us and zap us if we get out of line). Lately my dreams are just getting more and more twisted. Monday I woke up having dreamed that I was an invisible guest in a restaurant where the cooks were throwing seasons on live cats & kittens and then throwing them in the ovens to cook them alive. Just thinking about that dream gives me the eebie jeebies!
I'm also not sleeping well at night. Even my daughter who is almost 9 yrs old is having the same problem. It's surely not coincidental!

So pleased you started this thread learner!
I have just had another nightmarish night!! I had read recently that nightmares and bad dreams happen during pregnancy. I have had weird dreams ever since about the age of 8 or 9, which I can still remember to this day.
I wouldn't even attempt to put any of my dreams on the internet! they are so far out I don't know if you would believe me, but then again I think YOU would!!!
I feel so exhausted after another unfreshed sleep, I am sick of looking at the ceiling at 4am!!!

Sarah, I know what you mean!! I get so frustrated with lying in bed feeling utterly exhausted but being uncomfortable enough to sleep. Or when I finally fall asleep, I'm awakened by pinches on my body that feel like bites or sudden respiratory issues. Sometimes I feel like I can't catch my breath--this can last for days where I just feel like I'm not able to fill my lungs with O2. Sometimes I just lie in bed wondering where I'll be in 10 years. I used to have things well planned out but not anymore. I just take things one day at a time now. My sleep comes and goes. For weeks I may be unable to sleep at night and then I'll have a short spell where I will sleep so soundly that a hurricane wouldn't even wake me. One thing that does stay the same is that every night I dream. I always have dreamed like you said. Sometimes the dreams aren't horrible, but lately they've left a stain in my mind for days. I hope your evenings calm down and that peaceful sleep finds you soon!!!
(((HUGS)))

Just to throw my two cents in here.
I have had some terrible nightmares in the last few days.
Yes, I can relate to the the ones others are talking about.
My sister's used to call me the devil (or something) and it sometimes sticks in my mind.
Then I would have more terrible nightmares (poor me) :-(
Anyway,,,, just a thought for you...

I am still dreaming lots, but the good news is that the nightmares have calmed down. I am no longer screaming out in my sleep!! Very tired though!
