Hi lionofjudah,
Cool blog. Are you taking Silver internally? If so, how much? I use it in my eyes almost everyday and it works just as well as those horrible pharma eye drops that constrict eye vessels. Nothing gets them out of my eyes permanently though, its a daily battle.

Yes! I have really noticed that if there is a lot of static electricity in my home the lil buggers will get very active and start stinging. I now more so because it is winter keep water boiling on the stove. It really seems to help take the static out and the beasts settle down. I also will rub a fabric softener cloth over my clothes and it really helps keep the little bits if "lint" balls that seem to be everywhere on your clothes at all times. It is a tiresome battle with this disease, however, the minute you get lazy they get the edge. I try to keep a step ahead, I also notice that if I find a treatment that works that the creatures seem to build an immunity to what you are using and I have had them use what I was killing them with to their benefit!!!!! These thing are constantly changing to adapt to what ever you try to destroy them with. So...I have found that if you find something that works really good, don't over use it. Change up on the bastards and they get to where they can't keep up. We are at war people! We must all work together to find a cure for this because it won't come from out health care providers and it sure won't come from out Government!!! I believe the cure lies in the organic and natural realm. Keep up the good fight everybody, and you all stay in my prayers! Denise aka Lint Brush

Simply because its not clear if its a heavy metal and mycoplasma thrive in heavy metals. Colloidal seemed to only mask the problem from my experience but i honestly just dont know so i dont use it much anymore. Sorry about the seriously delayed response. "Mycoplasma refers to a genus of bacteria that lack a cell wall. Without a cell wall, they are unaffected by many common antibiotics such as penicillin or other beta-lactam antibiotics that target cell wall synthesis. "

Denise aka Lint Brush so interesting the phases we go thru with this illness. When this first began I remember feeling like i was under attack by an invisible army of enemy critters. The static electricity thing is interesting..makes sense because Morg is affected by magnets. Also notice parasites are more active during a full moon for some reason. From research it appears morgies are becoming plant like/soil based and our bodies are making/ housing many things that live and thrive in soil. Hi, Some info on GSE: www.inspirednutrition.com/3/Bio-Fibrin_Enzymes_-_Grapefruit_Seed_Extract.htmlGSE and oil of oregano are thought to be efflux inhibitors, i.e. may reduce microorganisms' ability to form biofilm and cyst forms to protect themselves against killing agents. Thanks for posting lionofjudah. A key element as I see it, is to focus on keeping the body alkaline which quite a few of the remedies you mention will help do. But the body itself vil very quickly adjusts its PH. Furthermore I think that whatever "agent" I have inside (probably a spirochete), that has taken over the controls, wants an acidic environment and knows how to turn things around and back to acidic pretty quickly. Therefore: "Schock therapy" in the form of frequent variation in the alkaline agents is necessary. One week on high doses of vitamin C, one week on baking soda, one week on apple cider vinegar, etc. Brim

I just found out about Morgellons a couple of days ago, after having gone through 3 different antibiotics (one of them for 3 cycles) and having my leg sores still as bad as ever. I tried to show my pcp the, "black, threadlike pieces coming off the sores, but he just took a culture, which apparently only shows if you do or do not have MERSA. In any case, I've been exceedingly lethargic, have achy joints, foggy thinking, all of that. I pull all kinds of things off of my sores that look like black pieces of string or hair and also have the pepper-like pieces around. One thing I DO NOT EXPERIENCE at all is the sensation that there is anything biting, crawling, stringing, or moving around, on, or inside me. I am seeing the same symptoms from my legs in my feces (on the toilet paper...) and in my blood, as I have drawn it myself. I already have a fear of doctors, and a fear of being labeled crazy. I'm hoping that because I don't feel bugs, maybe I have some weaker strain, or different strain (I hope)? Is there anyone out there who feels they have Morgellons but don't have the feeling of bugs? I sort of feel like the things that come out of my sores seem like dead bugs perhaps, but I"ve never seen any movement or felt any. Also, I've been taking bleach baths, which helps a little, but the thing that helps more is Hydrocortizone Lotion, which can be bought otc at any pharmacy. It's usually used for an anti-itch cream, and my sores don't itch, but I tried it because it was all we had in the house, and was surprised at how quickly it sort of "dissolved" all of the fiber-like and pepper-like substances and sort of hardened my skin into a waxy/bar of soap-feeling thing that I could easily, painlessly take off with my fingernails. So far (24 hrs.) the black things have not returned with a couple of very small exceptions. When I used to pick them off they would return within an hour at most in full force!
One last quick thing - has anyone found any connection between IV drug abuse and Morgellons? Thanks everyone. I'm new and I KNOW I am not crazy, but already my husband's laughing at me based on the wikepedia page and he says I shouldn't self-diagnose, and wait until I can see a dermatologist. Typical reaction that other people get. I just don't want to be disrespected or called crazy or not taken seriously by any more arrogant, pedantic doctors. Good luck to everybody.

Hi LionofJudah, What about zappers, such as the terminator zapper, which exposes the body to an electric current? I stumbled upon a u-tube video claiming it works. I didn't see it in the list above and just wondered why that is. Has anyone here tried it, and if so what were the results? Just wondering.

no, drug use is not the connection, some could have used drugs, smoked and also had a chocolate shake but that doesn't make it the cause of morgellons. No people with morgellons are not high drug users, the biggest profession that morgellons hits are the nurses and the teachers; how about them apples. People that end up infected with morgellons sometimes turn to drugs as the medical society refuses to help them. The doctors stand at the other side of the room of those with the lesions and refuse to touch them and write them scripts for antipsychotics because they curb the itching issue (still itches and does nothing else except hurt the heart muscle. to imply that this group is dirty drug users is nothing more than a false illusion Here are several studies that show that there is something happening in regards to Morgellons: www.newhaven.edu/4486/academic-programs/graduate-programs/cellular-molecular-biology/GSS-spring-2013/morgellons-disease.pdfmorgellonsgroup.proboards.com/thread/3896/faculty-1000-cites-morgellons-study?page=1&scrollTo=15806Note: bathinng in bleach is bad. I would be very wary of the 'remedies' in the previous post.
