OK,
A new problem.
I have a funny feeling that I was initially infected by walking barefoot in my front yard last summer.
I know the neighborhood dogs leave their crap out there.
I cut my foot on a piece of glass, and then walked around.
Now my right toes are getting numb. The wound has healed (about 4 months ago) but I have a bruise growing in the bottom of my foot.
Also, when I try to pull the fiber out of my ears, my left arm goes numb - like when it falls asleep when sleeping on it wrong.
Anyone else ?
John

Dear John,
These fibers interweave throughout our body, your story sounds very similar to mine when pulling the one on my arm, between hand and elbow, and the pain that erupted from a squeeze in the muscle between my shoulder and elbow. Keep taking your vitamins, build your system.
You might want to try the zapper, or the infrared units, sho knows where you can get those.

It is refreshing and very helpful to get messages like yours.
I actually forgot to take my vitamins today, and thank you for the advice, and I just did. :-)
All the best, my friend ! :-)

John - your story reminded me of something.
I do recall my bare feet being exposed to "unsanitized" water about 4 or 5 years ago, before the morgs. really kicked in. A few days prior to this I had got a little cut on my toe.
Not long after the above event I remember I started with the spots all over my lower legs, which was diagnosed as folliculitis by a Dermatologist. These spots worked their way up my entire body, the rest is now history of course!!!
P.S. my breasts used to be small, before the M got to them!!

I thought I would put my two cents in here, on the topic of breasts.
Doing my weekly shopping yesterday with a cart FULL OF GROCERIES, Holly and I get to the check out counter and start putting the items on the belt. She gets a little squirmy and starts reaching for the candy next to her, knocking everything all over the place including the magazines. Flustered and embarassed I scold her and she got very quiet with that little bottom lip poking out at me. Her weapon of mass distruction that darn bottom lip. Little did I know that in a few moments she was going to drop the bomb of all bombs. I was trying not to pay attention to the temper tantrum that I could see developing and she must of sensed that because she pulled up her shirt exposing her little bee-stings and shouted for all of God's creation to hear BOOBIES, BOOBIES, BOOOOOOOOBIES! When I tried to stop her, she reached for my own set and screamed louder. 2 year olds do the darndest things. I found myself looking at those celebrity smut magazines and could relate, everyone was staring at us and there was little I could do. Good luck Sarah Connor, this is what you have to look forward to! ROTF!

John - you are right about the foot thing needing more investigation!

enjoy them as much as you can when they are little because around two years of age they trade their halo and angel wings in for a devil suit and a pitch fork.

I just found a new site. www.janethull.com/newsletter/0107/how_to_get_the_bugs_out_1.phpPart of it follows. It sounds relevant ! "If microbes are present, certain foods, medications, and food chemicals can stimulate them. However, you may have unknowningly contracted microbes years ago, yet they have remained dormant. Ask yourself: did you ever cut your foot in a lake, or deal with animals? Where and when could you have picked them up?"

Thanks John for that last link you gave us...
There is good information and different herbs to treat parasitic infections....and bowel disorders
Here is some more information using herbs to heal......
Following are ways to use your herbs for medicinal purposes.....you can buy most herbs fresh from natural food stores or order online from one of the many herb suppliers
Water based preparations.....
INFUSION....
If you know how to make tea you know how to make an infusion. It is perhaps the most simple and common method of taking a herb dried or fresh but to use fresh herbs use this recipe
for every one part asked for in dry herbs.....replace with three parts fresh if using fresh herbs....
To make a typical infusion take
one TEASPN dried herb for each cup of tea - OR - three TEASPN fresh herb for each cup of tea
place herb in prewarmed china or glass tea pot....pour one cup of water for each cup of tea you are making. Cover with lid and leave to steep for 15 minutes.
Little muslin drawstring bags can be used to make your own teabags of herbal mixtures using the same quantities as above for each cup of tea you plan on making.
For larger quantities you can use this for every pint of water (litre) use one ounce of herb (30 grams). Thes best way to store extra is in glass container with well fitting lid in the refrigerator. The shelf life is not long so take that into concideration so whenever possible infustions should be prepared as needed.
Note: If using tougher parts of the plant such as bark, roots, seeds or resin it is best to grind them first into powder before putting in your infusion. Seeds especially need to be broken to release the volitile oils..
You can make a cold infusion which all the amounts are the same but placed in a well sealed earthenware container and left for 6 to 12 hours.
If using loose herbs in your fusion just strain when ready and use.
DECOCTION
Place one TEASPN dried or three TEASPN fresh herb for each cup of water in sausepan. Make sure to grind or powder your dried herbs fresh can be cut into small pieces. or again one ounce herb to each pint of water. This container should be glass, ceramic or earthenware. NEVER USE ALUMINIUM.
Bring to a boil and then reduce to a simmer for approx 15 minutes. You can cover during simmering if herbs contain volitile oils. This can be used in the same manner as a infusion.
ALCOHOL BASED Preparations....
In general alcohol is a better solvent than water. Preparations using alcohol are called tinctures.
Put four ounces of finely chopped or ground herb into a container that can be tightly closed. If fresh herbs are being used than use twice the amount..
Pour one pint of 60 proof vodka on the herbs and close tightly.
Keep container in warm place for two weeks. Shake well twice every day.
Pour into muslin cloth draped over bowl. Wring out muslin of all liquid. (residue left in muslin makes excellent compost)
Pour your tincture into a dark bottle well capped.....
Tinctures are much stronger volume for volume so dosage with tinctures now relates to drop from 5 - 15 drops. To use tinctures you can
mix with a little cold or hot water Added to your bath or footbath Added to ointments (just plain vaseline makes a great base)
VINEGAR BASED Tincture
Tincture can also be made using vinegar.....recommended and best to use Apple Cider Vinegar
All method is the same as for the alcohol based tinctures but this one has the additional use in culinary dishes and uses also....
GLYCERINE BASED Tincture
Tinctures based on glycerine have the advange of being milder on the digeestive tract than alcolholic tinctures, but they have the disadvantage of not disolving resinous or oily materials quite as well but generally better than water. To make a good glycerine based tincture
one pint of a mixture sonsisting of one part glycerine and one part water
Add four ounces of dried herb and leave in a well-stopped container for two weeks, shaking it daily. After two weeks strain and press or wring with muslin.
If using fresh herbs make your water glycerine mixture 75 per cent glycerine, 25 per cent water
POULTICES.....
Either fresh or dried herbs can be used to make a poultice. With the fresh plant you apply the bruised leaves or root material either directly to the skin or place between a thin layer of gauze. Dried herbs must be made into a paste by adding either hot water or apple cider vinegar until desired consistency is obtained. With either method keep the poultice warm first by covering area with plastic wrap or wax paper then placing hot water bottle over area.....keep poulitice warm for maximum effect.....
When placing herb directly on the skin it is a good idea to cover the area with a small coat of oil and will help to remove the poultice when complete....
Here's to healing....
