How many times, in how many areas, do we have to hear this same song, same verse? Every entity, agency, group is in total chaos. No leadership allowed to lead, no money, total frustration, while EVERYTHING goes to you-know-where in a handbasket. Sorry, I'm beginning to be sympathetic with these folks. There are undoubtedly CDC employees who are as frustrated as we are. And who knows what else they are aware of that we don't even know about? Maybe they DON'T sleep at night!! And multiply that across all of the agencies and fretting employees - makes our M's problem not look so big anymore. We should send them love and light and support for courage before and after our meeting Sunday night. ;D Perhaps their Big Boss and his Assistants need to be fired. Then it will only take 2 decades and gillions of dollars to stabilize the sinking boats and bail out the water.

You are so right, there are folks that are working in the CDC right now that are just as frustrated as we are about being unable to do there job, because of road blocks put in place to stop the information flow.
So we should pray for them, that there job might be easier, so that they will actually be able to address the situations that need addressing.
What bureaucratic agency doesn't have problems right now? Look at the folks they put in charge, no experience necessary, simply a hand shake and a promise to do as you are told.
So we should pray for them as Thinker has suggested!

I had my suspicions this may have been the case. We are here to help, so all they have to do is ask!!! Ok - a prayer for them, after all, they are only human.

Good Leadership is the key to any business.....sounds like they need to regroup.....
Several employment opportunites I was grateful to work at went from old school ways of doing business to TEAM CONCEPT.....it was such a pleasure to go to work every day.....now departments worked together as a team there were no titles anymore we were all in that department for the same goals and actually went from combersome old ways to new, exciting and better ways to handle our work loads.....
we found ways to better our departments so they ran much smoother...this all took training and some transition but in the end we were all that much better and happier at our jobs....and those that didn't want to be team players found ways to move on....
Suggestion move to TEAM CONCEPT and see what happens....

I agree 100%.
In the good old days when I used to work, I was in a leadership position, and the team concept is the way to go!! Time to "regroup" folks!!
