From Tam A coincidence is that on September 11th the final identification has taken place of the main etiological agent that causes this type infection. Initially two fungi have been isolated by a laboratory in the Netherlands: The results of the screening is as follows: A = Phoma sp. Affinities with ascomycetes like Phaeospheria spp. from the order of the Pleosporales are suggested on the basis of the ITS sequence. No teleomorph was observed in the subcultures, only a Phoma-state that could not be identified to species level. For further reading please visit: www.doctorfungus.org/Thefungi/phoma.htmB = Agrocybe pediades (Fr.) Fayod The identification was based on the ITS sequence. It is unclear of this fungus is a contaminant. In an earlier instance also Fusarium spp. has been isolated from a similar strain. Also this type isolate will keep the status of contaminant until future tests will indicate the contrary. Based on the available molecular screening results, infection with this type agent could best be treated as: phaeohyphomycosis. The first two sequences (ITS of A and B) will soon be published via the reference site of: www.silentsuperbug.comYours sincerely, BellVanEeden Comment by P.D.F. VanEeden - September 14, 2007 sl

Dear silent lamb,
There is no doubt in my mind that a fungus is part of this; however I also think nano technology is a part as well. No disrespect intended, but this could have went in the genomics area. Greema had a post up on the top front board speaking of Hildy's next show on rense.com and we would like to get the word out, that is why I posted over your post.

Neospora crassa: Before genoming, this became base, not above, S. Cerevisceae.
Prions as insulators, bottom , top down, bacteria born, but genetically modified to connect the plugs. The electricity, the voltage...
Fusarium is what is sprayed on Poppy plants, marijuana, etc. Was put out there by the CIA, was the action to take once the drugs where distributed and the addictions set in, then fusarium oxysporum was sprayed on plants.

I was scared yesterday when I read the Wall Street Journal article about the fungus, and I had read and put all my faith in Dr Hildy's nanotubes. I have those d**n worms in my nose! But I also have severe vectoring going on with the black mold you speak of here, and I believe it came from my house plants last fall. Either from the pests I tried to remove or the pesticides I tried to remove them with. I still see tiny tiny white flies fly in and out of my nose and ears. How is that for disqusting! But I am fighting this and I need you guys so much, thank you thank you thank you. Deb in South Dakota

Biology Is Nanotechnology Repeat post; www.biology-online.org/biology-forum/post-71654.html&highlight=#71654"All is about cell that have been programmed with multiple properties. "degree of organization" Watch this VIDEO to obtain a basic understanding how this works, Produced by: University of Washington April 27, 2004 Description: Sequencing the human genome, which consists of 3,000,000,000 letters (or "bases") in a particular sequence, was a landmark in human history - a giant step forward in our understanding of ourselves as a biological species, and in our ability to use that knowledge to advance the cause of human health. This program addresses biological nanotechnology, how cells operate in our bodies, explaining how these "nanomachines" work. www.researchchannel.org/prog/displayevent.aspx?rID=2505&fID=1557Speaker: Alan Weiner, professor and chair, biochemistry, UW Medicine Runtime: 00:57:55" it is all connected. sl

the creation of this involving those genomes one can acquire from the Genomic libraries for use in energy projects, seems to bode well. Melanin-concentrating hormone (MCH) is a cyclic nonadecapeptide involved in the regulation of feeding behavior, which acts through a G protein-coupled receptor (SLC-1) inhibiting adenylcyclase activity. In this study, 57 analogues of MCH were investigated on the recently cloned human MCH receptor stably expressed in HEK293 cells, on both the inhibition of forskolin-stimulated cAMP production and guanosine-5'-O-(3-[35S]thiotriphosphate ([35S]- GTPS) binding. The dodecapeptide MCH-(6-17) (MCH ring between Cys7 and Cys16, with a single extra amino acid at the N terminus (Arg6) and at the C terminus (Trp17)) was found to be the minimal sequence required for a full and potent agonistic response on cAMP formation and [35S]- GTPS binding. We Ala-scanned this dodecapeptide and found that only 3 of 8 amino acids of the ring, namely Met8, Arg11, and Tyr13, were essential to elicit full and potent responses in both tests. Deletions inside the ring led either to inactivity or to poor antagonists with potencies in the micromolar range. Cys7 and Cys16 were substituted by Asp and Lys or one of their analogues, in an attempt to replace the disulfide bridge by an amide bond. However, those modifications were deleterious for agonistic activity. In [35S]- GTPS binding, these compounds behaved as weak antagonists (KB 1-4 µM). Finally, substitution in MCH-(6-17) of 6 out of 12 amino acids by non-natural residues and concomitant replacement of the disulfide bond by an amide bond led to three compounds with potent antagonistic properties (KB = 0.1-0.2 µM). Exploitation of these structure-activity relationships should open the way to the design of short and stable MCH peptide antagonists. " www.jbc.org/cgi/content/full/276/17/13554This is the HEK293 damage done, other damage to PC12 Cells and HeLa cells. This is where the calcium in the selfreplication is produced, and left in body at various points, and are called calculini or calculi, deposits of calcium from the silica formed HEK 293 damaged by the MCH Also His Phe Arg and Trp in N-terminus.
