Thank you Ali,
for reminding me of the precious gifts we have, and are unable to
look back at the special memories of them, because we have been so
blinded by this un-Godly, horrifying, gruesome, sickening, ghastly,
appalling, dreadful disease that some sick evil entity has concocted to
torture each of us and more than anything each of our children.
MY CHILD IS SICK! WHY WON'T THEY LISTEN TO US?
THERE ARE NO WORDS TO DESCRIBE THIS FEELING OF TOTAL DEVESTATION THAT THIS DISEASE HAS BEEN INFLICTED ON OUR CHILDREN. AS WELL AS US. I AM SO SCARED FOR HER AND I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO. ONE MINUTE SHE IS HAPPY AND PLAYING AND THE NEXT SO TOTALLY OUT OF CONTROL, WHAT IS THIS DOING TO HER? IT'S NOT ONLY AFFECTING HER BODY BUT HER MIND, AND SHE'S ONLY 6 YEARS OLD.
DEAR GOD IN HEAVEN PLEASE HELP US. PLEASE OPEN THEIR EYES AND THEIR MINDS SO THAT THEY CAN SEE THE DAMAGE THAT HAS BEEN DONE AND IS BEING DONE.
I REALLY BELIEVE IT MAY BE TOO LATE ALREADY.
GOD HAVE MERCY ON OUR CHILDREN, PLEASE.
I BEG OF YOU 0happyday

If any of you have any words of encouragement on how to deal with our children when they are like this, please give them now. :'(I just shut down and go into my trance which sometimes lasts for hours. Big Hug.

The only thing I can tell you and it won't make it perfect, but better is taking off sugar and watching everything they eat. Notice if they are worse after certain things, and get rid of it. Campbells soups have a lot of activators, I can't remember right now what exactly they are, but I do remember that. There was a diet for hyper active children, if Ali doesn't know maybe I can check it out in the morning for you.

a diet for over active children....hmmmm let's see
got it
Recipe for over active children
1 wooden sp oon 1 extra large sauce pan 1 child wearing jeans 1 hook 1 door
drill hook into wall. Make sure it has good support, use reinforcement if need be. call the child into the kitchen, if they do not come willingly you are permitted to use bribes once the child is in the kitchen throw their reward into a corner, and while they are retrieving it you take the sauce pan, put it over the childs head, and bang the wooden spoon on the top like a drum. If you are a nice mom, (and I am) you can even beat their favorite tune.
Beat until silly, or whenever you feel like your done
The child should have slowed reaction time by now and will be easy to lift up and put on the hook, so you want to do that next.
Then you want to leave the room
If your child starts screaming again, you can just leave the sauce pan over the head so as to diffuse the noise
Close door and go to next room
Let stew for about 15 minutes or until it comes to a full boil
Check on it frequently

0happyday... I hear your gut wrenching pleas for help for our children.....what is wrong with these people running our departments......are they all just a bunch of robots now....robots that do what they are told and don't question why? .....it sure seems that way doesn't it...... The CHILDREN are the ones that are going to suffer so much.....trouble with attention spans and learning even scared to send a child to school with this for fear of infecting the whole class and as this disease takes time to reproduce in ones body maybe some of those students infected might not show any signs of this for many years in fact it took 5 years after exposure for my husband to really go down hill as if his immune system said "I cannot do this anymore - I am tired of fighting this thing in the body and it is now a free for all" and my husband daughter that we infected had a terrible time with her pregnancy....couldn't carry past 3 pounds and her poor baby was pulled from the womb due to severe pains...so our babies are not even given a good fighting chance from the very beginning of their life they have problems......at least I was blessed with 38 years of nothing but health so I know the difference.......and boy what a difference.... Our children are suffering from the very beginning of their existance and even this doesn't spell action for the ones like the CDC that should be running circles around themselves to figure this out.....even having our children infected doesn't phase them...... WAKE UP AMERICA our children are sufferning from your ignorance and denial.....

Time for letter to all department heads, letter to president and letter to all those running for office in 2008. Obama for starts, young people love him, the best legacy we could give our children, is someone who is young, understands what young people go through. He is tough and he is NOT AFRAID, the other possibly is Mitt Romney, but then one has to watch who he associates with, best Huckabee, after all he helped fix Arkansas after Clintons left.
I think we should make the failure of the Medical community to serve and help the afflicted with this disease, an issue. It should be on the burner, for sure.
And the hidden DOE meetings, after all electricity affects us all, doesn't it?
Especially the increased megahertz. Affects every living creature.

First I have to say thank you for the laugh Ali. Next, absolutely correct skytroll. I do know another thing that is happening this month. Dr. Staninger is presenting her work at The International Conference & World Safety Organization, the 14th and 16th of May in Englewood Colorado. Here is the link: www.worldsafety.org/pages/conference.html

Ali, I had several questions on your choice of disciplinary actions:
1. Would a cast iron skillet work the same as aluminum? 2. Does it work on spouses or other significant people around us? 3. Should we put anything into the pot first, such as spagetti or cream corn? 4. If we get out of control, should we do that to ourselves?
Please clarify Ms Funny Bunny
Ohappyday:
I think the best you can do is remember that sometimes they react out of control even worse when we are out of control. Their behavior is often directly related. Have some activities to keep them busy and don't react to the bad temperment. Just calmly tell them that you can't help them or understand them when they can't react and ask for what they need from you nicely and when they are ready to talk nicely to you, you will respond as best you can. Start the conversation with something like: "I see that you are very upset (acknowledge them) and don't seem very happy. That must make you feel bad." Listen. Listen. Listen.
Get a book on assertiveness training and it will show you how to react to them. If you can get it, watch that show where the professional nany goes into homes and helps with the kids. She always has great ideas. I know from my experience, when I am bouncing off the wall, the kids would follow so in front of them, be as calm and in control as you can be but don't raise your voice and make them look you in the eye. Also, ask them if they need a hug because you would really like one when they're ready.
I used to forget that they need us so bad, that when we are busy or stressed, they feel it too and if they are not feeling right, they get filled with emotions of fear . Think of the times you needed mom or dad or husband and they wouldn't stop what they were doing to help them. Either way, you are in control.
Love to both of you, but if Ali was here, I would just grab my biggest soup pot and take a few metal spoons and get alot of my feelings out...just to see if her idea works, of course! (just kidding...)
Love and blessings,
Grace

gracebeours,
to answer some of your questions.....
1. Cast iron? no, nothing too heavy. use something lightweight just in case you get it thrown at you!
2. Possibly. You'd need a more complicated recipe. ie bigger hooks, maybe some good drugs, oh yeah, and instead of a wooden s poon, a rolling pin might work.
3. remember who gets to clean up the mess.
4. Absolutely!

Oh you Bad girls! I love you so much! What a wonderful laugh! What wonderful advise from all of you! And what a positive way to address such an awful problem. I have always been a door mat for all whom I care about. But when you start hurting my children or my animals or my grandmothers Or should I say elders, I come out fighting mad.I do not like to feel helpless. I really liked all of your suggestions; the funny and the serious, Keep them coming, I think the laughs and the support could help us all. Big Hugs Love 0happyday
