10 THINGS TO DO TO survive MORGELLONS
1) Breathe. Calm your mind, body, and spirit. Know that there are people hard at work trying to figure out just what needs to be done. And they are relentless, caring, giving, loving angels who will never stop, so I've been told.
2)Educate yourself, be open to all and every possibility that surrounds you. Read, Read, Read.
3) First thing in the morning look in the mirror,and tell yourself "I love you" eventually, you will start to believe it.
4) Be a better person. You only have one life, live it well. Forgive, and release, and go on.
5) get out of the house at least once a day. even if you just go to the garage.
6) Sincerely compliment at least 3 people a day. Find the 'love in life' Compliment something...if you can't find a person, find a bug, a flower, your favorite coffee cup...something..and say it out loud. You need to hear yourself everyday reminding you of the good things in life.
7) communicate. Do this with always. Whether it be with yourself or others, never lie to yourself about your feelings or bottle them up. Unreleased feelings are toxic, any which way you have them, and can be toxic to others
8) indulge youge yourself. Music, literature, art..hobbies etc.
9) ground yourself. litterally pick up a rock...it will remind you that everything has its place, time and reason, just like you
10) the infamous quote "tie a knot and hang on" meaning do not give up . if you put all things in perspective, you will survive this, like all things you have survived before
morgellons. You will not spent one more second suffering any longer than you have to. The real healing begins within. So work on that first, the rest WILL fall in place
