Get some chamomile tea, not the tea bags, the stuff at the health food store loose in bulk, sometimes in a big plastic bag.
Cook up a very strong dose, some for face, some for a bath. You are also going to want to get your immune system up, do you have high blood pressure?
The chamomile will increase your circulation, it is good for fungus and bacteria, let me know on the high blood pressure.
This might sound backwards, but stop cleaning ears with the qtip, at least for now, use a bobbie pin, just be careful.
Also hydrogen peroxide to wash face, and a bulb to squeeze down into ear canal.
You have to get your ph balance right, baking soda helps, lemon juice, and ph drops.
Most importantly relax, I know it can be really hard, but think of something joyful and relaxing, ie fishing, canoing, what ever it is for you.

Your diet is crucial! Go on to a low carb diet, carbs that you do ingest should be whole grain, what you eat today if it is carbohydrate loaded will wiggle tomarrow, put that on the fridge.
The vitamin I know helps, but I will tell you if you have any problem what so ever with High Blood Pressure, don't take this. It has licorice in it and that can cause a heart problem. Coenzyme Q 10, 300mgs a day 100mg intervals. aloe vera gel on the skin helps also, very soothing. If you have Candida, that will be the first thing to get under control. Than your body will settle down enough so that you can think. Twinlab carries a brand called Yeast Fighters, this will help the candida.
One last thing I know works, need a prescription, often the worms live in a callus on the face, looks like sun damage, but it isn't, I know mine comes and goes. The retin A will dry the worms up under the callus, it slows them down a bit. If you go to the dr. just tell them you are worried about lines or something, It might save the stress for now. When you are stronger than if you have someone you trust, that is up to you, but do not put yourself under any undo stress.
Last but not least, start watching funny movies, it will help to build your immune system, no matter what you are thinking of turn that dark feeling into a laugh. One of the Harry Potter films, has a moment where a professor is teaching them to fight a dementor, dark creatures that make you feel really bad, so what they did was take those bad thoughts and make them funny. One was about a spider, the one kid saw it with roller skates unable to stand, make these things on your face unable to cope with your own funny thought.

Also drink a cup of that chamomile tea, there is also an oil pulling remedy, 2 T in morning and evening, I use olive oil.
You might want to soak a wash cloth in the chamomile and put it over the eyes, while bathing.
Also make sure, this is going to sound weird, I've been meaning to post it and haven't, start washing hands before going to the bathroom as well as after, looks a bit compulsive, but I don't care what others think I know what I have to do to take care of myself.
Avoid household chemicals, avoid perfumes and colognes, even deodorant can send you off, mix baking soda with water and put on with a spray bottle.
Here is a BIG HUG from me, you take care of your self, keep your sheets clean. Wash pillow case daily. That helps also.

You can also get a couple of bottles of saline from where ever, dump them out and put in one a mixture of peroxide and water and the other get a good quality sea salt, it has to be good quality, mix this with water, make your own saline solution.

I don't know if I would put it directly in your eye, simply soak a wash cloth in strong solution of chamomille. I'm talking a 12 to 16 oz bag in a couple qts of water, filter out the flowers , than use that.
You can also use the pure aloe in your ear, they do have the drinkable aloe, make sure it says to be consumed on it, that would help your throat a lot also.
Hope we've helped, need something else, let me know.

People at LymeBusters have shared that Johnsons' baby shampoo works well to get them out of the eyes.
I have not tried it because I got them out of my eyes before I read about the baby shampoo.
I used Swedish Bitters. Before you begin, put Calendula creme on your eyelids as the bitters is powerful and strong stuff. I soaked a Q-tip with it. Then, keeping one eye at a time closed tight, I gently rubbed the SB along the eye lid and eye lashes.
Let it dry with your eye closed, as it will sting otherwise.
The bitters brings the blood circulation to where ever you apply it, which will aid in healing a well.
The Calendula cream is helpful in healing as well as irritated skin and inflamation.
They do NOT like SB at all. It has camphor in it as well as myrrh.
And, you can drink it, so it is safe internally as well as externally.

Guys see me washing my hands before using the urinal. I say "I don't want to get my thingy dirty" But it's true - that thing is totally clean from the shower that morning and into my clean underware... and my hands have been all over the place collecting billions of germs... so ... It's refreshing seeing someone else who figures this out :-)

wife and I had the same problem; along with the critters my we suffered with tears that stung as if vinegar had been poured into them. Understanding doc. prescribed eye drops called Sulfacetamide Sodium. They worked. Hope this helps. steves9090
