Hey there kind hearted folks, Just checking in with a concerned note. I don't know about you but I've been trying a lot of new vitamins and herbal supplements to try and make my life more comfortable at the very least. What concerns me is that I hope people are researching or investigating side effects and possible health ramifications BEFORE trying and then using these items long term. You all seem like smart folks but it is better to er (sp?) on the side of caution. Probably doesn't need to be said but I will say it anyway....if you have high blood pressure....probably should not take high doses of salt....(you know this I'm sure). If you are prone to kidney stones you should probably not take high doses of salt. Vitamin C can give you gastritis.....(will get rid of friends as well as pathogens) lol. Be sure to take into account EVERYTHING you are currently on before beginning ANYTHING new....your prescription meds.....and everything else over the counter....your other health probs...etc..heart disease...etc. There is sooo much information online...but please....take the time...you are worth it. At the very least only try ONE new thing at a time...that way you will know what is giving you a reaction...if any....and what is working..because if you start popping vitamins, herbs....willy nilly..you will have no way of knowing if they are doing any good or actually harming you. This is just an OPINION as always.....and only that. Take care. Best of health. Yours herxing, lol ~Bugsy

HI Bugsy~~
Great advice. The only way to know what is working is to add things one at a time.
And the words of wisdom for caution. I wish I could do the salt+C protocol, but Morgs seems to have given me early signs of diabetes, so I add sea salt to my food in an effort to 'help' my body, but can't do the full-blown ramp up.
bummer, life
