I know that there is some talk on the board about the copper bracelets. And I know lots of us are taking zinc, which competes with copper in the body. I wonder if we are balancing our bodies by consuming enough of the natural foods that contain copper some natural sources are liver, oysters, pinto beans, lamb chops, mixed nuts, cherries, cocoa, legumes, whole grains, seeds, peas, artichokes, avocados, radishes, garlic, mushrooms, potato, tomato, banana, prune, and soy products.
