"For the first time, scientists have completely transformed a species of bacteria into another species by transplanting its complete set of DNA. The achievement marks a significant step toward the construction of synthetic life, with applications including the production of clean fuel in as little as a decade." uhh...Yea, right!.... NOT TO MENTION THE CREATURE FROM THE BLACK LAGOON THROWN IN FOR GOOD LUCK! Check out the link for the rest of this story...and keep in mind that if you are hearing about this now as published research, it already happened in classified military labs 20 years ago! -Cliff Mickelson www.physorg.com/news106489930.html

I have read that today's technology was secretly developed by the military twenty years earlier. That would certainly glove with the nano 'Borg' concept. It would appear that fiction has been forced to become reality, under the guise of developing a 'better' world.[/b]

Interesting choise of words here! By any chance are you familiar with the theme that was the driving agenda of the assassin in Joss Wheedon's move...SERENITY? Very timely!
