I was reading a article about certain beaches along the California coastline especially Malibu Beach and growing concerns about health problems
Arnold has allowed 1 Million towards finding the culprits
Under pressure from Southern California regulators, investigators over the next few months will begin testing sea water. If DNA shows the waste is human and not from, say, raccoons or coyote, they will follow the trail up creeks that traverse neighborhoods in Malibu, where clean-water advocates such as Pierce Brosnan and Ted Danson live.
Malibu leaders have argued that the pollution comes from a wastewater treatment plant, storm runoff and bird droppings.
Although the big business want to blame about 2,500 septic homeowners that it is them causing this problem.......(LOL) yes I can see how these millionaires don't have the money to take care of their septic systems
These home septic systems were there long before the wastewater treatment plant started using these microbes that cause disease such as IBS, rashes, headaches just for starters.......
I bet if they look at the wastewater treatment plant first they won't have to look any further......mystery solved....

Hi Sick and Tired, seems like you have got it out for the wastewater treatment plants. I would have to agree with you 100%. If I were the racoons or the coyotes, I'd get a good lawyer fast because everyone else has money to pay their way out of this.
