The ONE excellent doctor we had is long-since out of the biz due to his disgust for system.
He taught us a lot before he moved on.
He said that the skin is the most important thing we have - that we should be more concerned about the water we bathe in than the water we drink.
There is so much emphasis on drinking "clean" water, but it's the bathing that is the most important.
Putting in water filtration systems was the best thing we could have ever done...never regretted.
Even a showerhead filter is helpful, although there are many other types of systems to look into.
I heard a researcher say the other day that our water system is so finite that each time we draw a glass of water to drink, we are drinking one molecule of water that Julius Caesar drank.
Sure put some perspective on it, eh?

Absolutely Right thinker! Our skin being the largest organ, has many functions. After I was infected the first thing I did was get a water softener, later I realized the purifier was very important also. My skin was so upset when I would shower in hard water it would hurt, and my eyes would go blood shot. I'd look like I just had one heck of a party the night before.
I have heard for ones circulation soft water isn't as good, you can make up for this with salt on a damp rag which helps to invigorate, and internally take COQ10, the Japanese have been using this for years. Vitamin E never set right with me, COQ10 worked well.
