I have tried just about everything else but interesting thing - my neighbour (Polish), told me a story the other day when giving me some home grown parsley - (flat leafed Italian)
A well known Italian family 1348-1350 during the Black Plague locked themselves inside their home and ate nothing but PARSLEY and none of them got sick or died. Told me the Italian way of eating it is - blend the parsley, add a little Virgin Olive Oil and Garlic and eat it with everything meat etc.
I know it works with the dog. Suspected the dog having morgellons and read some time ago of giving the dog parsley water. Did so as per instructions and the dog improved. Dogs eat grass when not well and he was doing it all the time. When I started the Parsley water, dog stopped eating grass. I wasn't around for awhile and this practice stopped - when I returned noticed the dog eating grass again and a few other things so began the parsley water again - dog stopped eating grass again and other things. Thought if I want to have a hope of getting this out of my personal environment I need to start with the dog and it certainly wasn't going to harm him in any way.
Did a search and found quite a bit re the black plague and parsley but wont add them here as it's easy for anyone to do the same. Has anyone tried the parsley for any consistent time to see a result??? And I guess below answers the question - which one - flat leafed Italian or Curly parsley:

(Flat-leafed Parsley is far more nutritious than the curly type)
Here are a couple of ways to use it and it's chemical breakdown:
