Keep attacking and "choose to win" against all odds. This is why I love the Olympics - not which country gets the most medals on the board but looking at the size of many countries in population in comparison to the large countries with many more to choose from for the team. I love the courage and focus of the smaller ones. The MIND is an extremely powerful tool to use against invaders of the body. Here's a few stories which may or may not Inspire you to forge on. 1. Watch Alisha Coutts in swimming IM today. Father died when 7, mother left to bring up 3 children. Very difficult financially. Mum supported Alisha in swimming financially as long as she could but became impossible. Alisha chosen to go to Canberra by Australian Swimming a few years ago. Desperately missed family and mother. Alisha's mum always said she would go to Olympics if Alisha made the team. Alisha had major bowel surgery 8 months ago. Made the team - Mum could not afford to go - put all into getting Alisha there. Day before Alisha's heat swim, Channel 7 flew Mum there - Mum and Alisha over the moon. Alisha swam her heart out and got through fastest qualifier. She has made the FINAL today with Stephanie Rice. Whether she gets a medal or not - what courage and FOCUS - meaning focus OFF the illness, the hardship etc and steadily on wellness and the goal. 2. Bell - mens white water rafting "Bronze" medal yesterday Struggled financially to train and survive. His mates "subbed" his rent etc. All his mates threw in their jobs to go to the Olympics and support him. Against the odds he won Bronze. WOW 3. Leisel Jones - Womens Breaststroker. Many upheavals throughout her years of training and following her dream. Also single Mum and many financial struggles. won GOLD yesterday - fantastic. When interviewed Leisel was asked would she change anything she had done and/or experienced leading up to this (and there was much thrown at her), Leisel's reply was "no would not change a thing, it's all about the JOURNEY - the JOURNEY has been the best. 4. Ian Thorpe - was allergic to chlorine in his younger days - found an answer somewhere and "did that problem stop him?" the Australian team has put together a cd would you believe and I love this line - "we have no FEAR - watch us". If you are interested it's on www.yahoo.com.au/olympics. Will be a no. 1 hit no doubt. There are many other stories I am sure could be added here from other countries and I just LOVE IT. I have been much better getting my FOCUS off the bug whatever it is, dealing with it daily as is needed but "getting on with life". I have a completely "clear head" now, no fog whatsoever. I have no tiredness and overall I actually feel healthy. This does not mean I don't go through my daily attack on it but for the moment there is no answer and fact is I just need to deal with it and live.

Gidday "Awake" - love it You are spot on with the Omega 3 Fish Oil. Tests have proven it assists with ADHD etc and they are working on it for depression too. Apparently there is "good fat" around the brain that assists with whatever and they have found that in depressed patients it is greatly reduced. B6 another important one.
Anyway - check it out - not sure how much per day of the Fish Oil you take but the tests that were done, they were on 6000mg a day - with the fish oil here, that's 6 capsules a day. I'm going to go back on them instead of the Cod Liver Oil as doctor even agreed, can't hurt you and it's good for lots of other things such as heart.
Stay "awake" Luv Downunder
