My dear friends, one of things that I knew would make me feel better simply because I realized the power of believeing you were someone else for a moment, I used to be in plays in school, so I applied this knowledge also.
First write it down the thing that made you the most happiest, a loving time, a time you felt safe, and never wanted to leave. Then sit with that thought, hopefully in the sun if you have it where you live, and fill your whole body with that emotion, that love, that happiness, start with your toes and slowly move that feeling throughout the whole of your body. Be in that other place that was less painful, if just for a rest from this, it will refresh you.

What a beautiful thought!
For a while, I have been thinking of making a meditation CD with positive messages in it. Is there anyone out there that would like to help work on one? We could write it, put some nice music in background, and maybe put it on Sarah's jukebox? What do you all think?
