Hi Karen,
Your not alone so don't let the negative thoughts take over, this thing feeds on them. Do everything you can to build your immune system, water is very important, soft water versus hard will be a great help at healing the lesions. You most likely will want to take added zinc. There is a vitamin that helped to stabilize me and it is called well max from biochem country life, it also has a mushroom combo in it that is very beneficial.
Make sure the water you are drinking is purified. And as tired as you are, cleaning is a must, I have heard (never tried a product called Klean Free, perhaps others can explain this better.
I would do all my laundry with ammonia and borax at least the first couple times and most definitely use a dryer.
I'm sure others will pitch in here, watch funny movies, as dumb as it sounds, think positive thoughts. Pray and get in touch with your spiritual nature. With this thing you have to use all the different aspects of what makes us human as it goes, because this thing will attack every part of your humanity.
Many Blessings, Big Hug, whiterose

Welcome, Can you be tested for Lymes Disease there? Then the next step would be to go to this web and gather some info: lymebusters.proboards39.com/Lets see some vitamins etc: Milk thistle to clean toxins out of liver Vit B - 12 Lecithin Milk and saniwash on lesions Vicks when unbearable Use fungus cream when in fungal stages Use diluted vinegar spray when itching Sea salts and hydrogen peroxide in bath, or baking soda, or even oatmeal will soothe. Can use milk in bath too. Just some suggestions, for things you may have on hand. If we can help, just ask. Skytroll

You will be in our thoughts and prayers! Perhaps we can find someone who knows of a person from the UK or a DR there who is open about this. (a miracle in and of it's self). I will keep my eyes open as I wander around the net to others sites on occasion, and will try to see if there is anyone near you. There is a LymebustersUK, isn't there? Anyone know? We care, & you are not alone. Prayers, Comfort to you, and love from the USA, Celia

karen, you can pm me also. I am in Scotland but get treatment via an English doctor. He has turned my life around. Start on some of the treatments skytroll points to. You will improve. Try not to panic. I have had this for two years two months. I am getting better all the time. gaby
