I just tried my first salt bath, and I really think it helped ! :-)
Just about a half cup of regular table salt (I'm keeping the sea salt for my diet)
Nice hot water in a clean bathtub for 20 minutes or so, and it made a difference :-)

Hi John~~
May I suggest you try sea salt instead? I tried 'table' salt first too. It did help a bit -- then I realized I probably would benefit from all the minerals that are in sea salt.
Boy, did it!
I put in ~2 Lbs. of sea salt. Well, by the second or third bath (can't remember exactly as it was 3 1/2 years ago), so much came out of me that the tub was literally covered in black. Covered.
Within six months of my first getting lesions -- I had over 200 -- probably 300 or more -- who can count 'em at that point?
Anyway, I did the sea salt baths for 40 days straight. Over an hour each night and used a metal bowl to pour it over my body AND to scoop them out as they floated to the surface.
Go for it. It has been a G-d-send for me. It doesn't kill them, though. But, salt is 'drawing', I would not be alive (I think) if I didn't do those salt baths.
life is good

Did you read my message about the 4 inch bright green thing that swimmed out of the lesion on my back during my first enzyme bath ?

Hi John~~
I can't remember if I read about the 4" thingy that came out of your back -- but, I'm certainly not surprised at all. I've had some pretty bizarre -- and fairly big things come out of me too.
It sure was scary at first. The bigger things came out first, and then kept getting smaller and smaller. I don't know how badly infected you are, or what symptoms you manifest the most -- but, whatever it is -- the baths can only add to your healing path and give relief along with it.
When you do the sea salt baths, get a bowl to pour the water over you 'like bathing in a river'. There is something about the movement of the water flowing over the body that draws them out as well.
Don't forget to do your head!
Don't rinse the sea salt off. The next morning is when you will see the biggest difference..
Let me know how it works for you.
hugs, life
Also, sea salt baths is a terrific detoxer

Speaking of the head, I have been having more and more little scabs growing on my scalp. On a more positive note, I have been able to extract several fibers from my ears and a lot from my eyebrows. All are white or clear and very fine - almost hard to see, but they itch like crazy and it is a relief to pull them out. When I get one about 3 or 4 inches long - it is OBVIOUSLY not hair! My hair is still pretty short and I certainly don't have any 4 inch hairs on my body! (Although when I was a teenager, I had a pony tail half way down my back :-) )

OK,
I tried another salt bath the other night - I only had about 1/2 a pound of sea salt and 1/4 pound of table salt, but I was getting the itches really bad and couldn't sleep again.
This time I was feeling them in my legs and back. (as well as the usual eyebrows, ears and nose :-( )
So I went to the bath tub (at about 3 AM). I spent about 20 minutes in there with all the salt that I had in the house.
It seemed to help at first. I think I was actually able to sleep for a few hours, but the next day before showering, I was itching all over.
Maybe the suckers were retreating and emerging from my skin ? I did leave the salt water to dry on overnight.
Any thoughts ?

John - after your salt bath stand under the shower and rinse all the salt water off. It is important you do this because the bath water and the salt stimulate your lymphatic system and starts everything working in the body, helping your skin to detox and breath. Naturally bacteria is going to be excreted from your skin and of course our poorly draining lymph nodes/glands. You can even use a body sponge under the shower and scrub with your favourite body products to help more drainage and remove the salt and bacteria. You shouldn't (I hope) become irritated after this BUT I know this condition switches and changes, and I too can still itch after I am freshly scrubbed and showered. Particularly when my skin is clean and I put on a fresh cotton top (which I like to sleep in) the itches start, on my back and shoulders. I scratch in my sleep and don't even know it, until I see a little pool of blood on the bed sheet in the morning. My little red dot on my shoulder has been there for so long I can't remember how long, it just won't heal. Not even with Zinc Oxide which is brilliant for my skin.
I hope my suggestion is of some help to you.
