Joyfullee and I have been discussing the painful hiccups you get with Morgellons. Has any one else experienced this and if so any ideas as how to alleviate. I don't have them any more, oh my, but I do remember sleepless nights and pain throughout my body from them. Any ideas?

My apologies, I cut and pasted the article, but now I click on it and it is not the article I found. The jest of the article was that a hair could be irritating the tympanic membrane and I thought perhaps instead of a hair, some of us may be having a fiber create the same affect. I searched the entire site and couldn't pull up the article again.
apologies again, whiterose

OK. I learned this trick when I was a kid and it has never failed...it's just a little hard to describe.
With glass of water in hand, bend over at the waist, holding the glass out in front of you.
Then drink from the opposite side of the glass that you normally would - while bent over.
So, normally we drink from the glass rim that is closest to us.
In this case, you will be drinking from the opposite side of the glass.
It's not intuitive at all, a little awkward. Do it somewhere where you don't mind spilling some until you get the hang of it.
I hope this works for you!!!
