Good morning everyone! When I joined, I wrote about my hairloss and someone commented on the "black" hairs. Could you tell me more about this? My hair(if it is) and whatever else is on my scalp is growing back very slowly. I don't think it's healthy hair growing cause the end doesn't even look like a follicle; I may shave it cause it makes it easier to get creams and sprays onto my scalp skin. Right before my hair fell out, it wouldn't take any color and the brown hair became jet black and the grays, completely white. I saw a growth on all of my hairs outside of the follicle, but don't know what it is. Any hair help is greatly appreciated! Have a Dr. appt..,be back later! Hugs, JrsyGrl

Hi JrsyGrl - ummm hair - this is a tough one. I too had the same problems as yourself, and then eventually shaved off my remaining hair. I have a full head of hair now, but it doesn't behaviour "normally", hence to say though I am glad my hair (or what looks like) has grown back. So Jrsygrl it really is a personal choice. Do what makes you happy, and of course what makes your symptoms more tolerable. I do hope you spoke to your Doctor about this - because honestly no woman in her right mind should have to shave her head to get some relief from her symptoms!! Hope ya doin okay, take care now.
