I believe this area needs some attention too....
I keep hearing more and more about us poor females infected with Morgellons and troubles with our reproductive systems.....
First I would like to point out that from what I am hearing we are having some major problems.......not only with monthly visits but also child bearing troubles also....
first my story....
I was one of those females that never knew what PMS was and heavy painful monthlies never existed for me....until after being infected with Morgellons.....after 6 years infected I started having painful monthlies with cloting and just not normal......after several months of this I decided I would go look into the problem with a gynogologists (sp sorry) and after exploratory I was told....
That my female reproductive organs were a balled up mess and from what he was looking at there was nothing to salvage....so a total hysterectomy was the solution.....Not only did I find that news rather odd but so did my doctor....said he never really saw much like that before.....
WHY? were my reproductive organs a balled up mess.......I believe these organisms were hard at work down there buidling their fortress from my organs....also I feel that being that my husband was infected every time we did the feel good he was infecting me in this area for his stuff was infected too.....Then....
his daughter that started visiting at age 16 came down with her first lesions on her back at age 21 so it took 5 years after initial infection for symptoms to show......and she only visited maybe once or twice a year at that time...but that is all it took.....and then at age 24 and her first baby was premature and pulled from the womb at 3 pounds due to severe pains it was almost a miscarrage if you ask me.....and that poor baby was hospitalized for almost 3 months getting strong enough to go home.....
THEN.....stories from other females infected that they too have had monthly issues...same as mine cloting and pain.....
and several have had miscarrages and premature births....
So if you ask me.....YES, Morgellons affects the female reproductive organs and I would suggest all females to be very aware.....
