To All: For those of you with Morgellons who have PH test strips, please provide your PH number so we can see if there is a pattern? It seems that many of us are way too acidic. There are several excellent sites out there such as : www.ph-ion.com (gives proper PH #, recipes, tips on foods to avoid, a plan to get it down, etc.) There are many types of PH strips out there. If you buy any, get one with the readings that go between 6.0 and 8.0 (for example, 6.0, 6.2, 6.4, etc). If you have a pool, or know someone with a pool, those might work. That would be a reason Alfalfa helps some (although we don't know which came first; the chicken or the egg) and we need to avoid sugars, etc. As an example, mine is 6.3, which is too acidic, even after a few weeks of Alfalfa. Has anyone else looked into this more than casually?

Good call! I had to alter my diet around 2 months ago. Even thought it's usually not a common occurence for a vegetarien to develop acid ph levels. Since them my ph levels are back to normal (+7)
