I know this is going to sound weird and I hesitate to even post the question...but....has anybody noticed that something odd is going on with their eyes?
I know a lot of you have fibres and thingys of all description coming out of your eyes at times, but that's not what I'm talking about. I don't have and never had fibres from the eyes but I have had irritation.
No, I am talking about, when you go outside in the sunlight, that things appear sort of distorted, almost as if you are looking out through a soft lense or even someone else's eyes? Things just don't look "right"?

Ps Almost forgot... does anyone have a problem with things not appearing quite right or feel nausea when they wear sunglasses, now?

aussie, I have been having strange eye symptoms for some time. Always feels as though a hair is in my eyes, sensitive to light, dry out very fast, very red, vision not quite right but can't say blurry, just not right. I have been to optomitrist and opthamologist and they can never find anything wrong, just like the other symptoms.

What is odd about this, is when thinker was compiling the list of symptoms, we all had forgotten about the sensitivity to light. It was after reading about it in project day lily, that I recalled it. I remember people coming into my home and telling me I need more sunshine. They would pull back my curtains, not understanding how painful it was to have that light in my eyes.
Now I don't have a problem with it. My vision comes and goes with the morgellons. When the Morgellons is in remission my eyes are 20/20 and then when it wakes up my eyes have a very tuff time focusing, especially when I'm under stress.

You know.....I do the same thing my house is very almost cozy in nature.....the blinds are shut and the drapes allow a small amount of light in....even my lighting is down played.....night lights, low watage bulbs in the lamps......I used to hate being under the office lights all day at work that drained me.....I always seem to be squinting using my eyelashes as a shield from the light.....
this was one of the fist symptoms to appear with this disease was the eye problems....I went from no glasses to bi-focals.......REALLY NOW....and they didn't help me....just made my eyesight even weaker....so now I just use reading glasses from the drug store....
And the same sort of like looking through a slight haze can't quite get everything in focus.....makes reading more difficult and sometimes I have to put my books away too frustrating to try and read.....especially during stressful times....it really shows
And of course I have the grit/sand like material coming from my eyes all the time.....like sleepy dust only coarser and jagged edged......sticky at times too.....and the hair like feeling too......sometimes I can feel something moving under my eye lids.....seems to pull my eye lids away from my eye.....really weird and creepy....
I even looked into laser surgery but was turned away they couldn't do anything for me either.....
