Trisha. It has recently been brought to my attention that you have used my name, as well as Billy's in association with yourself and your research... products, etc.

You know as well as I do that I have YET to let you know whether or not the product I paid for even worked for myself and my family let alone be willing to align my family name with yours...

I ask that you IMMEDIATELY fix this and rescind false statements saying that WE are working on a documentary TOGETHER as you know this NOT TO BE TRUE. I am appalled and concerned for your mental well being. Why on earth would you even THINK that you had the right to attach mine and Billy's names to your writings along with conspiracy theories and other things of that nature that I no only have not even conversed with you about.... but, that I also DO NOT BELIEVE to be true.

I CASUALLY mentioned to you that I-----BILLY & I, had someone willing and able to fund a documentary. I also had explained to you the direction in which I would be going with it IF INDEED I even CONSIDERED such an offer... You completely mislead me in our brief and single conversation that compelled me to even BRING UP the offer I have had (for some time now) to do a documentary about this affliction.

I made it VERY clear to you that I did NOT want to be affiliated with ANY "Morgellon's Research" AT ALL. Hence, my stagnant state regarding such a documentary. Clearly, you are not thinking clearly for you to take something mentioned SO OBVIOUSLY casually... & write about it in a manner which would leave one to believe that there would be any reality in such a project happening... This disgust me. I do not have "Morgellons". Not by your definition. In fact, I do not believe that Morgellon's disease is legit PERIOD... but, rater a group of unlucky individuals suffering from one like symptom. MATTER-NOT bugs... emerging from one's skin.

The reason that I state that I DO NOT have this disease, is because of individuals like yourself who have turned this into the freak show circus that it has become. DO NOT use my name again. EVER... We are all well now because we have eaten right and worked out... I am not saying that all suffering aren't suffering with something very real, or that we might not relapse again in the future. It's real alright... it's just that there are now, too many people out there... like yourself, making the like symptoms shared by those who ONCE agreed to putting themselves into the Morgellon's category, now making what is real... seem absurd and crazy. You are helping NO ONE. Please, for you own sake as well as those suffering-STOP. You sound crazy. Your synopsis on what is causing things changes like the wind & it's making us all seem INSANE.

I bring this forward today so to let those folks know that have been contacting me that I have already dealt with this woman myself.

She often uses other people to attempt to promote her products and herself. She has made it seem that Morgellons is nothing more than a body infested with parasites.

29 years of this "crap" and I can tell you one thing--it is far more than parasites.

Those who have contacted me in the past few days--you were already on my list of delete --save your time--find someone else to use. It is not going to be me this time---

I apologize to those honestly researching for the benefit of many; this is hardly the thing we need to be dealing with.

The last few weeks have hit at least 5 that I know of very hard--these are people that went to the hospital and had surgery.

The kind of fake-affiliation that Ms. Springstead has advanced with Brandi she'd done repeatedly with others. She has claimed to be "working with" Jeffrey Smith, Dr. Staninger, Dr. Wymore, and others. If she calls someone and they answer the phone, or if she sends someone an email and they write back, she considers that "working with" them.

As Brandi mentioned more than once, this woman's mental health is questionable (at best).
This year on one blog she claimed to have been "nominated for a Nobel Peace Prize in Medicine". There is no such thing. There is a Nobel Peace Prize. And there is a Nobel Prize in Medicine. ALL nominations are kept secret for 50 years except for the name of the winner.
She is either delusional or a liar.
On another blog, she copied her step-son's obituary from about 10 years ago, and put it on the blog. By leaving the year out, she made it sound recent. Worse, she altered it to make it sound like her husband (biological parent) was the step-father, and she removed the name of the biological mother.
The worst of all, though, is that she claimed that his autopsy revealed "larva" and other parasites IN HIS SKIN. This young man died from a gun shot wound to the head. Medical examiners routinely get involved to determine whether it was self-inflicted or murder. They also conduct toxicology to see if drugs/alcohol were involved. That is IT. They DO NOT do skin scapings to look for parasites. And she claimed she just got the report (after 10 years???).
If anyone wants proof, I have a copy of everything.
I am going this far because this woman has relieved many people of their purses. At one point she used to claim that her "soap" cured Morgellons. Then she got involved with Anu water and has used some of the most hard sell strategies I have ever witnessed. She has claimed that "Anu" cures Morgellons - as well as cancer and AIDS.
This is tragic. There is one man who she convinced to buy this stuff (which is well over $300 and has to be taken "for the rest of your life" - some "cure", huh?). The man has cancer and Morgellons and is dying. He has not gotten one whit better. I know of others who have bought the soap and the water, and continue to post about symptoms and keep looking for answers.
These truths must be revealed. Trying to take care of ourselves is an expensive proposition, especially when many, if not most, of us are unable to work and subsist on minimal income.

I have to say, as a soapmaker myself, how on earth can you claim a simple bar of soap can cure morgellons? WTF??

That is just wrong.

Natural soap can be beneficial, sure.....that's why I make mine...............and have given it away to morgies FOR FREE!!!!!!!!!!!!

BUT to claim it cures??? That just takes the cake.

And to suggest that soap will cure Morgellons is wrong---

This woman has hurt many folks and uses them to further herself--nothing more, nothing less--
