Friends,
I believe that Jesus Christ heals Morgellons. Truly, I believe that He has healed Morgellons (1 Peter 2:24). The question therefore is, how do we appropriate this healing?
Jesus said that you must be "born again."
John 3:3 states, (3) Jesus answered and said to him, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.”
The result of having the kingdom of God in your life is "peace and joy in the Holy Spirit (Romans 14:17)."
A by-product of Morgellons disease is anxiety and torment (e.g. lack of peace). This is because another kingdom, that is not of Christ, is operating in your life. Jesus Christ is the Prince of Peace, the Good Shepherd, King of Glory, Truth, Word of God, Deliverer, Almighty and much more. On the other hand, Satan is known as the "adversary," "Lord of the flies," "accuser," "father of lies," "destroyer," "King of Babylon (=confusion)," "enemy," "murderer," "ruler of demons" and much more.
Galatians 5:22 & 23 says, "22 But the fruit of the (Holy) Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 gentleness, self-control..." God's kingdom produces peace, and the devil's produces the opposite.
1 Corinthians 6:9 states, "Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? ..."
We enter the kingdom of God by being "born again." We are born again by our belief and confession that Jesus Christ is Lord, by believing that He was crucified as an atonement for our sins, by believing that God raised Christ from the dead, and by turning to Him as our source of life (repentance). This is both a one-time event, as well as an ongoing process (Acts 2:47).
Some of you might rightly say, "But I have already done this and yet I still am experiencing these symptoms..." I want to encourage you to remain true to your faith and not give up hope. Jesus Christ is still the Great Physician. He is still your healer, and there is still power in the blood of Jesus. The Bible says that “We must through many tribulations enter the kingdom of God. (Acts 14:22)” It also says, "Yes, and all who desire to live godly in Christ Jesus will suffer persecution (2 Timothy 3:12)."
Stay strong. Hang in there. God is a rewarder of those that diligently turn to Him (Hebrews 11:6). James 5:16 says, "Confess your trespasses (sins) to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed." Pray for your brothers and sisters here on this forum. Ask God to guide us, protect us, and heal us. Practice kindness, gentleness, charity, love, truth, and humility. Turn away from wrath, lies, jealousy, perversion, witchcraft, idolatry, and bitterness.
Finally, forgive the people that have wounded you (including self forgiveness). Ask the Lord to help you address the painful experiences that have occurred in your life. Ask Him to heal any inner brokenness.
Deliverance is a process, it's not like going to McDonald's. However, there are ministries that can help advance your deliverance in a more timely manner. I highly recommend this route opposed to going it alone. There are difficult, evil forces involved with morgellons, and I believe that it would be very helpful if you either call or visit a ministry that has expertise in this area (deliverance). I have listed a few ministries in this forum (Ellel Ministries, etc). If you would like additional assistance in locating a ministry that would be best suited for you please feel free to contact me. I'll help you as best I can free of charge. (I am not in any way compensated by any ministry.)
I hope you all have a blessed week. You're in my prayers.
In Christ Jesus,
Greg
