Hello to all!
Recently I found that not all organics are the same.
The USDA definition is non-chemical, not genetically engineered, not genetically modified.
GE and GM refer to the chemicals used in growing bigger badder faster growing foods. The chems used are those that create the plastics in our foods, thus, we are eating plastic.
Organic labels are deceiving. Manufacturers are mislabeling foods and stores do not monitor those labels. I've found this a particular problem with Trader Joe's.
If the food labeling does not contain the wording "Not Genetically Modified/Not Genetically Engineered" it probably is not safe to eat.
It is important that we avoid putting these artificial substances into our bodies, as we are continuing the cycle of taking these contaminants in. Since we are fighting for our lives we don't want to intentionally add directly to it by eating what were are trying to cleanse ourselves of.
God Bless You All,
Grace
