that is the only thing i could use on my son.it is safe but smells bad.please be careful not to get into eyes.you can use it just on an itch or if the child is suffering, all over the body would be better.young children need your help of course.i would turn up the heat, lay out a towel in bathroom.fill a bowl full of mayo warm it in microwave or open room temp jar.do not overheat stir every 5sec till warm. cover entire body with it starting with the head.my son had a hard time with the smell but hes a brave little guy.you will find the longer you leave on the more comes out.when finished i would use toilet paper to remove most of it a nd the he would shower.they may need help getting it all out of the hair.not to bad for my son i always keep his hair short.THIS IS THE ONLY TIME I DONT MIND HIM TAKEN LONG SHOWERS! I hope this helps with the hurting. It realy does work and is cheep.

mayonaise? I will try it on my grandkids. But I am worried cuz she seems she might be having some problem breathing. NOt sure of that yet, she is making this noise now and then, like when I cant breathe. I have chronic bronchitis...and a dr. in mexico told me it was a parasite in my lung. So now I am very afraid for my grandkid to have this too. Paranoid? of course I am
