Hey there, This is the most high maintenence little housekeeping/health problem a lot of us have ever had to deal with and it can be quite daunting. I believe with diligence and perserverence..we can lick this!!!! Beware that these things go EVERYWHERE. I know the majority of us are already beat down...emotionally...physically...financially...and our precious time is being spent....fighting this...but it is worth it, YOU ARE WORTH IT. I personally am doing it incrementally...but you must have a plan of action...and GET ORGANIZED. Do it paycheck by paycheck if you have to. We have to. Keep cost down any way possible. For example. Dilute amonia in sprayer bottles to use all over house. I've spent money on zippered vinyl mattress covers for all beds and standard pillows....Bed Bath & Beyond carries them. Costs about 12.00 per cover for twin size and about 1.99 for pillows. We have King size bed. Cannot afford.....but WELL WORTH it. You can change sheets and spray down bed and pillows with enzyme, amonia...or whatever you can afford. This way you cannot reinfect yourself on your own bed and also see what the state of your own health is on the vinyl covers when you remove the sheets and pillow cases. Am wondering if salt water or vinegar in spray bottle would kill these things? Am detecting a hint of vinegar in the enzyme cleaner. For now sticking with amonia...cause I know it works. Am going to steam clean rugs today with the good enzyme cleaner. Oh ... on another note...found eggs and larvae INSIDE sweater boxes I kept under the bed. Emptied clothes out and put into garbage bags to wash in amonia...and sprayed down plastic boxes inside and out in bathtub with amonia. This stuff is high maintainence to be sure. I'm tired but a little at a time so not to get overwhelmed. ~Bugsy

P.S. They do mail out 20% off BB & Beyond coupons if on their mailing list EVERY month and I did notice they have them online. Definitely not trying to plug any store..!!! Prolly have them at Wal-mart or K-mart..haven't checked.
And Ziploc has 10 & 20 Gal size ziplocs for bedding and clothes. Or plain ole garbage bags work fine too.
This is war. A war on parasites. So what if the medical community has turned its back on us. So what if some of our friends and family are treating us as if we are pariahs or harbengers of disease. The Lord helps those who help themselves. I don't know about you but I'm not ready to lay down my sword yet. This has brought me to my knees in tears.....especially when I came to the realization that I had to s*h*i*t*can 5 years of geneology research because a dryer vent came loose and blew.....egg infested dryer lint all over the basement where I kept it!!! Anything that could go wrong HAS. I WILL NOT SURRENDER!!! Now I absolutely know what gracebeours meant by "letting go" of material things....and the attachment to them. They are just things......some are sentimental .... gifts from family and friends over the years which cannot be salvaged.....a lifetime of STUFF. But...it is just that...STUFF.

Don't ever surrender Bugsy. We will need all our soldiers for the big fight. This country and its obsession with sex, money and power and who has the most crap is sickening me the more I think about it. No wonder other countries hate us. The way I've been treated, I can't believe in my government any more. And charity services, etc. are all self serving for the big wigs (write offs for their big parties and million dollar salaries). This is a class war, as the middle class is shrinking. Soon we all will be "feifs" or landlords.
People are trying to fill the hole in their hearts with things, food, sex, etc. They will never fill it in those places. No one, on their death bed ever said "gee I wish I woulda bought some more junk for myself. We need to go back to basics. Period.
Sorry, just had to say that stuff. It was sticking in my throat...
