Pumpkin seeds are a natural parasite killer.....maybe that is how our ancestors wormed themselves every year....with their pumpkin seeds....
You can feed these to your pets safely too (within moderation) as a parasite cleanse....
Intestinal parasitic worms have a strong dislike for pulverized pumpkin seeds (put them in your blender or grinder). Pumpkin seeds can be eaten raw to be effective and also have a revitalizing effect upon the prostate gland. Pumpkin seeds are a rich natural source of Zinc and Magnesium. Pumpkin seeds contain nearly 4 times more beta-carotene than carrots.. Pumpkin seeds contains amino acids that are valuable to muscle action. and PUMPKIN SEED IS AN EXCELLENT PARASITICIDE.
I just thought this was appropriate being that witching hour is around the corner.....

What an excellent piece of advice, SickandTired, you clever person.
I'd never even considered pumpkin seeds before. I just went and did a bit of reading and I'm wondering...do you put the whole seeds in the blender? The material I read said if you want to use them as an antiparasitic, to grind up at least 200gms and mix to a paste with a bit of milk and honey and eat on an empty stomach(twice a day) then take a dose of castor oil two or three hours later for fast elimination. I wonder if it works as well if you don't bother about the castor oil?
Also, would there be a difference in eating the whole seeds as opposed to just the kernals? And lastly, you would want to be checking the country of origin, wouldn't you? I have tasted cold pressed pumpkin oil and it is delicious. I can hardly wait to get down to the health food store! Yummo! Thank you very much.
Ps I found the following:
"Pumpkin seed contains amino acids (e.g., cucurbitin); approximately 1% phytosterols in free and bound forms; squalene; chlorophyll pigments (chlorophyll b and pheophytin a); 4–5% minerals including selenium, zinc, calcium, copper, iron, manganese, phosphorous, and potassium; approximately 30% pectins; approximately 25–51% proteins (Bombardelli and Morazzoni, 1997; Wichtl and Bisset, 1994); approximately 30–50% oil, composed mainly of fatty acids including palmitic, stearic, oleic, and linoleic acids; tocopherols (b- and g-tocopherol); carotenoids (lutein and b-carotene). Due to a broad genetic diversity, the oil content of pumpkin seed is highly variable depending on the taxon (Bombardelli and Morazzoni, 1997; Murkovic et al., 1996a; Murkovic et al., 1996b)."

WOW thanks Aussie for the added info....thats nice....you found some good information too....
I was going to put the whole seeds into the blender and grind them up or just feed on them as is.....looks like you found a way to make them more effective.....now I want to research more myself.....the material I read from several books didn't mention country of origin......
I will research some more and let you know.....and I bet the castor oil is recommended to ensure a speedy elimination only....not for the parastic action....

Pumpkin seeds are my parrot's favorite treat. I always buy pumpkins at this time and dry the seeds.
I hope you're happy. Just picture a green parrot chasing me around, trying to pry those seeds outta my hands now! LOL LOL LOL

The plus to this bc is that we do now have a couple of Angels on board. They are Dr. Hildegarde Staninger and Rahim Karjoo M.D..
Given a bit of time, support and money I do believe in not to long a test will be found that will show what we are dealing with. I'm sorry you are allergic to pumpkin seeds, is there something else that you are using?
sickandtired and aussie, you are both such a marvelous source of information.
We all have our special talents and gifts that we bring to share, bc's is a special reminder that God loves us. Whenever I see the initials bc, I always know that will follow and there is a special comfort in that. Thank you bc.

bc. would you be willing to take the time to write down your own protocol for healing? I know it might be alot to ask because I'm sure over time, it has expanded and changed; but, maybe the high points?
I know God is still into healing, but what have you and the ND done? So happy for you to have a personal angel sent...I've had gifts like that also, when I most needed and it makes you feel deeply grateful to be reminded that you matter to the King of the Universe!
What are the cell foods?
I may just buy a pumpkin this season and bake the seeds. I seems to be in great need of comfort food and this would be helpful nibbling.

I don't think I'd bake them if I were you, Joyfullee. Wouldn't you be killing the natural enzymes etc....you know, "living food'" and all that? I think I would just dry them.

I used to eat lots of pumpkin seeds. I was told they are good brain food.
I think I need to start eating them again to see if they can help shift these fibers from my body.
I eat lots of raw almonds and other nuts, I think they are good for the GI index thingo.
