This post is about Smart Dust: Clever Dust, Golem Dust, Golem Dust with Deputy Dust, Daft Dust and Flashy Dust.

This is from another post I made, copied here because it addresses the dusts:
"Imagine planes spraying micorobots that could be inhaled and controlled from a remote location. "Smart Dust project is to build a self-contained, millimeter-scale sensing and communication platform for a massively distributed sensor network.
"This device will be around the size of a grain of sand..." "While each robot will control its own activity, the power will come from deploying them in swarms" Want to inhale some Smart Dust?"

I've wondered for quite a while how it is that the chems that are being dumped on us seem to know how to swarm, to stay together in a cohesive unit while mobilizing, and then to expand their mass and cover everything.
*** The swarming, I have always theorized, is due to sensing and communication - each nano sending out a signal and receiving a signal from a nearby nano - so that they know how to stay together in a "cloud" instead of just randomly moving through the air or falling onto us. Smart Dust seems to fit the bill.
*** The apparent expansion of the relatively small chemtrail into a huge cloud must also rely on this sensing/communication ability, in addition to on-the-spot replication. Is the replication (likely via holography) what turns these trails into large masses?
*** In addition, there must be some nanos programmed as "leaders" that the other nanos/dust follow, allowing for formation of exactly the type and location of the cloud that is desired. Remote manipulation is possible, but would be rather burdensome when considering having to control all of the areas that are sprayed on a daily basis. There would be a lot of separate/local factors to consider when controlling remotely.
In the old days, if you saw clouds moving by, they normally were moving in the same direction that the air around you was moving in.
Nowadays, the surface air is normally moving in one direction and the chem "swarms" seldom move in that same direction. A backyard weather vane easily illustrates this phenomenon. Understandably, various layers of air may move in various, diverse directions, but in the past that has seemed to be the exception, not the rule.
However, the new "rule" with the chem krap is that it seems to have a borg-like collective mentality, on a specific purposeful mission, able to forego the natural air movement direction, which not only indicates a type of intelligence or control, but also individual motors for the locomotion they need to move and to keep clustered together.
Something is directing or steering the swarm. It might be a frequency signal that directs them, or it might be that some of the nanos have leadership roles, preprogrammed with their task, while other nanos are simply the "followers."

Perhaps this also explains why we keep getting drenched with moisture, as if it rains overnight, but it has not rained - it only "slimed."
Perhaps it explains the increased particulate population in the air (indoors and outdoors) when this moisture occurs.
Perhaps it explains why the particles of late seem to be highly excited, moving in frantic, chaotic paths, colliding with each other and just randomly, actively bouncing around as if in a demolition derby.
To check this out, get a flashlight and go into a completely dark room. Turn on the flashlight and rest it on something stable/stationary. Watch the light beam and the movement of the particles. This is a new kind of movement that I have not seen until recently. Earlier, there appeared to be order to the particles, along with the appearance that they were sensing their surroundings and actively seeking a resident host. (You can also see the same thing outside with a porchlight in darkness.)
Could this new type of movement explain the new type of spraying I am witnessing here? Something has changed. The spraying seems to be more covert, although I did have big asterisks (* * *'s) over my house the other day. The spraying is almost invisible but absolutely huge cloud banks develop from what is being dumped now. Any comments are welcome!!

The following link has photos of the various "dusts." This page was last edited in early '04, so we can consider that these items are now antiques.
The worst assault perhaps is the photo of the penny, used to show relative size of the devices, just as in David Larson's photos. There is our buddy Lincoln, and the words "Liberty" and "In God We Trust," posing as the background setting for perhaps the most heinous, criminal acts ever in the history of mankind.
