In the alpine regions of Colorado it is not uncommon to find pink snow falling in the mountains. What a surprise to open your door, walk outside and find the ground covered in snow cone. Looks good enough to eat I suppose, though I don’t think I would be the brave soul to try it. The pink hue is caused by an algae called “chlamydomonas nivalis”. Locals call it “Watermelon Snow” because it actually has a taste very similar to watermelon. The snow (and the algae) is safe to eat, atleast in reasonable quantities. Some algae can be slightly toxic, and eating too much may result in pink diarrhea. www.failedsuccess.com/index.php?/weblog/comments/pink_colored_snow_colorado/

Thank you gazal, one personal note here: I moved to Colorado in 2000, when I moved here I realized there was a difference in the air, I felt free, but within a year of 911 the air here changed also, I may be off but I think it could be something to do with the electromagnetic stuff being put in the air, that is not even speaking of the chemtrails.
I'll find the article that I found the other day concerning Alaska -home of harrp, utah and colorado and place that here.
Thanks for your patience!
