* You can attract what you want in life by thinking it
* Your thoughts can biologically affect you
* Science proves thoughts can change our lives
* To be successful, come from a place of vibration that you are
successful (vibration? hmmmm)
* The Universe responds - if you give, it comes back to you
* Find reasons to be grateful and you will find things to be
grateful for
* Thinking negative thoughts can biochemically affect you
* Think, Feel, Act and Know - and it will happen
* Visualize
* Get Clear
* Depression is anger turned inward
* Treat yourself the way you want others to treat you
* If you go within, you can never go without
* Decide what you want and visualize it; Give thanks for all in your life
* Perserverance and persistence are learned skills and should be practiced
* Make your own Harmonic Wealth
* The body completely replaces itself every 7 years
* Attention = Love Give yourself attention
* As you begin to move into your new reality, your peer group will change. Surround yourself with people of like mind. Your friends, etc. are mirrors of you. Look at your friends. Are they who you want to be or think you are?
* Eliminate habits, etc. that you do not want and replace them with new ones.
* Misery is a bonfire that we should stop throwing logs onto
* Practice self-calming techniques - even just deep breathing
* Get to the core issues of who you are
* Cancer has been proven to be cured by thought and attitude
* Recommended practice:
--- Every morning make a list of 10 things you are grateful for
--- Laugh at least 3 times per day
--- Visualize what you want in your life and how you want to be for at least 2 minutes per day
