Hello everybody! Another day, another problem! I would like to know the symptoms that your dogs have, the problems of health, the behavior...
My story... It is not my dog, but my ex-boyfriend's dog. It's been a long time since I have doubts with regard to the fact that his dog maybe caught morgellons. The big problem is that my ex wants to KNOW NOTHING about my disease, it is even a possibility for him that his dog (or even him self) caught that.
His eyes were always red, and always dirty (sh*t in the cornerof eyes) He began to scratch itself here and there, but more around his head (nose & ears) It was not a big ''kisser'' before, but he began to lick everything our hands, our feets, the carpet, the clothes, sheats...) He began to lick under his 'feet' and it become so intense that he make himself bleed sometimes. Last week,we went to a party, and dogs played outside all day / night long. The next day, he began to have a kind of glue stuff on the snout. That looked like the coloured sticky label of fir tree... My ex removed it in the morning with peanut butter, and by the evening, the dog had it 4 times more. Then, he lost big bundles of hairs, and under, the skin was full of scars and his skin is red as blood. He cries, he has pain, he shake his head from left to right, he rubs is face everywhere, he does not play anymore, he always sleep, but not in his favorite bed: in the black corner of the place. I saw him first yesterday and I can't close my eyes all night long... I know what he feel and I don't know how to help... he looks so sick its crazy... and ... I dont know what's my ex waiting for to understand, to see that something isn't right at all... Please, someones, help me to help this poor puppies... It's just unbearable, I can't see him like this, it's broken my heart in 100 pieces... again =) have a good week end everyone

Hi Clodya,
First get one of those big rubbermaid tubs and bath him at least once a week---in the bath water put in about a coup of food grade peroxide that has been diluted to directions. Soft water also helps a great deal --hard water seems to clog pores and cause more breakouts.
Use purified water to wipe puppies eyes out at least twice a day depended on the need.
I would also use (especially due to the severity) soverign silver--keep his ear clean--if they get a bio film you must use tweezer to peel it off about twice a day (this is on the inside that I speak of)- than use small amount of diluted hydrogen peroxide--and finishing wiping out with a soft cloth. Put some silver in the ear cannal as well. You also don't want the ears to dry out to much.
If they get to dry use just a little olive oil in them. Yes my dog did many of these things as well--hair loss --he didn't have a lot of that--I've had soft water a long time. You could also soak his feet in epsom salt. They get chronic fatigue just like us--the silver will help this.
Good luck--
CR

When your pet gets the big M, its sad, I watched my Buster boy go down hill, for two and a half years. He was such a healthy cat before this disease. Sleep he slept all the time, and eat he ate alll the time, and continued to loose weight down to a skelaton. I carried his little body around, and kept him hydrated, his eyes were always full of that gray glue like stuff. I was glad that he was fourteen and had lived a wonderful spoiled life, prior to morgellons. When I had him put to sleep he started to purr, I think he knew, he was tired of suffering. I miss my boy,and I think now, as I am able to face this disease, I am happy he's out of the pain. Buster went bannas for his last six months, paranoid extreme. I cant share this stuff with anyone, so it made me much sadder. I told my children, my sons in denial, and the girls pretend, that moms just nuts.

Hi Amron,
I had a doggie with Morgellons as well--someone stole him--boy did they steal the wrong dog. He was 13 and had morgs from the time he was 4--I watched his white hair go grey in horror but didn't want to connect to what I had. He started having seizures and I really suspected but was convinced when I heard about those with Morgellons having pets showing the same symptoms.
I was with my doggie Buddha all the time so was able to attend to his needs; I learned early on that it does something that causes difficulty with bowel movements with pets. I gave my doggie suppositories--at first he was insulted but he than connected this to being able to walk again without pain. This event as any event that causes extreme negative emotion does has pushed me into a full blown Morgellons cycle--the hardest yet.
As far as our families go and the ones that do not suffer this affliction--it scares them. You would think they wouldn't want to think their mom is crazy but somehow it is easier for them.
It is very painful for us on the other hand and very lonely--it becomes quite an isolated existence even with other family members living with you--if they are not affected the same way.
When the physical body is in such pain---death doesn't look so bad. I do know I have come out of extreme painful times before to enjoy much more life but the older you get the more difficult it becomes.
Many Blessings, CrystalRiver

Hi Greggo - read my post in Symptoms/Remedies - PARSLEY - explains it all for us humans. No, haven't tried it yet but I am going to do it the way my neighbour suggested. However, I did think about drinking the parsley water - might be easier - will check that out on internet. Been using the Italian Parsley - guessed as per above post in Remedies that the family I refer to during the Black Plague in the 1300-1400 were Italian so went for that one. Don't really know which is best but found this on internet - heaps more to look at there if you want. Parsley tea. herbs.lovetoknow.com/Parsley_Home_RemedyYou are not a pest.

hi, my cat and dog were very ill about a year ago but are improving with nixoral antifungul baths and borax rinse as well as silver, what i found most helpful though, is unwinding there skin/hair with micro fiber cloths, these are great for people too, as well as cleaning. my pets will lay for hours while i unwind their tummies and paws.
