Here in Music Therapy resides music that's been discussed in the forum. Music is known to have healing effects upon some, so it's only natural to discuss it here. Plus, in Sarah's Jukebox you may find links to many songs, provided mainly by Sarah, but all suggestions are welcome for the Jukebox. So, come on in, read a little, listen to a favorite tune while surfing through our growing inventory of information, and now - music, too! So, for the next while we'll be formatting and setting up the new area to provide some music therapy while you're here! Thanks, Sarah for all of your contributions!! Write to me when you return and we'll go to work

My pleasure Thinker.
I find music to be an exceptional way to express my current dilemma.
To often these days I just don't want to talk or even think about typing words.
The songs are an expression of my emotions, the horrid journey so far and the roller coaster I am still on.
Could someone please stop the Earth, I want to get off!!!!

Thanks sarah. I will listen often. Music is often more powerful than words, especially when so many of us are worn out on words without meaning. Don't get off; its not your time...we need you to create beauty for us in the form of melodys that will make our spirits soar. I don't want to soar alone.
